These Terms govern your use of Morning Edition (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Morning Edition is an AI-assisted news curation product. We summarise and rank articles from third-party publishers. We do not host the underlying articles and we do not warrant their accuracy, completeness, or continued availability.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

3. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Refunds are handled by the relevant app store under their policies. We do not store your payment card details.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer the Service; (b) use it to build a competing product; (c) scrape or bulk-download content from it; (d) use it to harass, defame, or harm others.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, and the editorial layouts are owned by us. Article content remains the property of its original publisher; we surface it under fair use for personal reading and summarisation.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
